Organic Farming for Entrepreneurs - This is a 45 hour course on one CD ROM.

Farm Management - The course involves 45 hours of course work online, with an equivalent amount of time allocated to assignments and projects. This course was developed in collaboration with the University of McGill, Quebec, Canada.
